Adam appears at first to be in his mid-thirties. He is fit and is slightly taller than average at a height of 6'2. He is most often in a clean cut suit with neatly trimmed and styled blonde hair. He is usually clean shaven.

His suits are custom tailored and are often black or dark grey. He will on occasion wear accenting colours, but more often than not chooses a more diluted colour palette. He often is conscious of the most up to date fashion trends and follows them as he always has to both fit in and stay one step ahead of the curve.

Accessories include various ties, cuff links, and an occasional wedding band though he is not consistent about wearing one. He carries with him a white gold chain that contains several wedding rings though it tends to live in his pockets and is very seldom worn around his neck. He also carries his phone with a leather card wallet attached to the back of it which has his ID (fake), two cards, and cash.

On occasion he has a set of car keys to one of the three cars he owns, but rarely drives unless looking to leave the city for a weekend. They are as follows;
Whatever flavour of the week lease he has- Currently: Grand Wagoneer - White
Small but zippy- Porsche Panamera, Black.
Muscle- 1967 Fastback Mustang - Forest Green with tan interior. Bought new in 1967, he's had this car since purchasing. It has been updated with more modern amenities and fully custom interior.

Adam was born in 1638 somewhere in England. Many moons ago he remembered where but he has long since forgotten that information. He lived there for quite some time until deciding in the 1660's that England wasn't his 'cup of tea' and sought refuge in the more recently opened up east. He traveled the land until eventually crossing over the water to the small island of Japan. Where he found work behind a mask doing odd jobs as a rōnin. He enjoyed the culture and solidarity of the island and work so much he stayed for some time.

In 1671 Adam met a young man named Hiro Nakamura, a time traveler from the 21st century. Convinced of a lifetime of stories that Adam had yet to experience he followed Adam around like a lost dog. It was with his time with Hiro that he discovered something, off about him. Something that he had in a way somewhat always known. Wounds healing easily. Never having a broken bone despite some serious run ins with injury. He always thought himself 'lucky' but upon being shot dead one afternoon by a barrage of arrows he discovered it was more than just luck and some sort of divine power. Or so it seemed.

What it truthfully turned out to be was a curse.

Hiro opened his eyes to a whole new world. A treacherous world of selfishness and time. He taught him how to be a good guy, and then changed him into a bad one. He was only made worse as time ticked onward. Moments turning to years turning to centuries.

After his dealings with Hiro he left Japan for some time returning back to Europe living lifetime after lifetime before heading to America to do the same. He traveled about making sure that no matter what he wasn't in one place for too long, lest the populace of whatever given area get suspicious.

Then around the mid seventies he met a group of people who would later found a company that studied individuals like him and so much more...

By the late 70's Adams true intentions at the Company became more apparent, manifesting to a head in 1977 when Adam made an attempt to steal a virus the company had designed with their questionable research and release it. A lifetime of anger and hatred manifesting in the desire to end the lives of thousands. He was stopped and locked away by Kaito Nakamura deep in the bowels of 'Primatech' where he was tortured and experimented on until the early 2000's, finally escaping with the help of another prisoner; Peter Petrelli.

But the years of being locked away didn't do much to improve his general mood about people and he wasn't out long before he was trying to do the same exact thing that landed him locked up in the first place. He manipulated Peter and tricked him into getting Adam close to the virus once more and once more he was stopped before being able to release it on the unsuspecting. Hiro getting wrapped up in Adams life once more putting a stop to Adams plan and locking him in the coffin meant for his father so that he couldn't hurt anyone until he could 'figure out what to do' with the immortal.

Several months later Hiro digs up Adam needing his help to try and shut the company down once and for all. However Adam at this point is heavily uninterested in helping Hiro and takes an opportunity once released to distract the other and disappear from his life indefinitely. At least immediately.

He remains a thorn in Hiro's side, or at least on the Nakamura family, as he creates a rival company in Japan under a pseudonym. Making their existence and operations increasingly difficult.

Adam remained in Japan for some time, running his company by proxy for a while until finally selling his share of it and returning back to New York, having played with the Nakamuras enough, where he manages an Advertisement and Media Investment Firm.

He keeps a close eye on the happenings of the Company and the individuals in it but he keeps himself removed as much as humanly possible from its comings and goings. Knowing if they ever got their hands on him again they'd put him right back in that cell and he has no intention of ever going back to that.
